reservationbay is made by SitePack B.V. It exists because the rental businesses we built websites for kept asking for the same thing, and nothing on the market fit the way their season actually ran.

Who we are
reservationbay is a product of SitePack B.V., a Dutch software company. We build and run the platform ourselves — there is no reseller between you and the people who write the code.
The product came out of web work for rental businesses. The same problems came up every time: a booking calendar that did not know about turnaround time, deposits handled on paper, damage disputes with no photographs, and software billed monthly to a business that was closed for four months of the year.
That last one shaped the pricing more than anything else. Charging per booking rather than per month was not a marketing decision; it was the only model that made sense for customers whose revenue arrives in a burst.
What you can hold us to
- We do not publish pages for features that have not shipped. If it is on the site, it works today.
- We do not bundle payment costs into a single percentage. You see which line is software and which is the payment network.
- We do not change rates quietly. If a rate moves you hear it from us first.
- Your data is yours. Export it whenever you like, and take it with you if you leave.
- Support reaches a person. The help beacon is not a deflection layer.
