What the integration does
The SitePack integration lets you build a booking website in SitePack and connect it to your reservationbay account. The site shows live availability from the platform and takes bookings and payments through it, under your own brand and your own domain.
It exists because a large share of rental businesses have no website at all, or one that cannot take a booking. Buying rental software does not help if customers still have to phone you.
Because both sides read the same availability, there is no synchronisation to go wrong. A booking taken on your site is the same booking your counter sees, immediately.
Connecting SitePack to reservationbay

- Connect your accountPaste your company's public API key from reservationbay into the app. That is what ties the block to your real availability.

Are payments included?
Yes. A site built this way checks out through platform payments under your own brand, with the same methods, deposits and pre-authorisations as the counter. Payments are billed separately from your software commission, as everywhere else.
Does it cost extra?
The reservationbay side does not: the integration is included in every package, including the free one. SitePack is its own product with its own pricing for hosting the website.
