Which branch are you in?

reservationbay serves two groups today: leisure and recreation rental, where objects go out by the hour or the day to consumers, and equipment and party rental, where kit goes out by the day or week, often in bundles, to businesses and event organisers.

The core is shared: availability, contracts, deposits, inspections, payments and reporting work the same everywhere. The branch pages below cover the parts that genuinely differ — how time is priced, what has to be checked before an object leaves, and what "damaged" means for that object.

Branches not listed here are in development. We do not publish pages for features that have not shipped.

Leisure & recreation

Hired by the hour or the day, to consumers

High turnover, short hires, a queue at the counter on a sunny morning.

Frequently asked questions

My branch is not listed. Can I still use the platform?

Very likely. The listed branches are the ones we have tuned and can support properly today. If you hire out something physical for a period of time, the core of the platform already fits — get in touch and we will tell you honestly whether it works for your case.

What about car rental, self-storage or subscriptions?

Those are in development. They need features that have not shipped yet, so we have deliberately not published pages claiming otherwise. Contact us if you want to know where they stand.

Can I run more than one branch in one account?

Yes. Locations, categories and objects are yours to structure, so a shop that hires bikes in summer and skis in winter runs both from the same account without paying twice.
