The reservationbay platform is provided by SitePack B.V. These terms set out what we provide, what you are responsible for as a rental business using the platform, how billing works, and how either side can end the arrangement.

What the terms cover
- The service we provide and the availability you can expect.
- Your responsibilities as an account holder, including the accuracy of what you publish and your relationship with your own renters.
- Billing: commission per booking for the software, and payment processing billed separately.
- That there is no minimum term, no notice period and no exit fee.
- Liability, indemnities and the limits of both.
- Data ownership and what happens to your data if you leave.
