Customer portal

The account that stops the phone ringing

Renters find their own bookings, documents, deposits and invoices in their own language, instead of emailing you to ask.

No monthly subscription to start: two plans lower your costs as you grow.

What the portal does

Every renter gets a self-service account holding their bookings, signed contracts, inspection records, deposit status and invoices. They can find, change or repeat a booking without going through you, and notifications reach them by email, SMS or WhatsApp.

Most of the admin in a rental business is not booking. It is answering the same four questions. Where is my confirmation, when do I need to bring it back, where is my deposit, can I have the invoice again.

All four have the same answer: it is in your account. Putting it there is the difference between a counter that runs and a counter that spends the morning on the phone.

What it does

Self-service, properly

  • Bookings past and upcoming, with the details the renter actually asks about.
  • Signed contracts and waivers, retrievable without asking you to resend them.
  • Inspection records from both ends of the hire, including the photographs.
  • Deposit status, whether held, released or settled, so nobody has to ask where their money is.
  • Invoices and receipts, downloadable at any point.
  • Repeat booking from history, which is how most returning customers prefer to book.
  • Notifications by email, SMS or WhatsApp, including collection and return reminders.
  • The whole thing in the renter's own language, independent of the language you work in.
Inside the platform

What your customer sees

Their own account under your name, not ours: everything they have booked, what it cost, and the documents that belong to it.

"Book this again" repeats a past hire in a couple of taps, which is where most repeat business in rental actually comes from.

Your side of it

One record per customer

Everyone who has ever booked is a record you can search, filter by country and open, with their whole hire history, what they have spent and what they are worth on average.

The same record is the one the customer signs into, so an address corrected in their account is corrected here too rather than in two places.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Do customers have to create an account to book?

No. Booking works without one; the portal is there for people who want it, and for repeat customers where it saves everybody time.

Is the portal multilingual?

Yes. A renter can use it in their own language while you work in yours, which matters in tourist rental where most customers are not local.

Can I send reminders?

Yes, by email, SMS or WhatsApp. Collection and return reminders are the two that reliably reduce no-shows and late returns.

Can customers rebook from their history?

Yes, and most returning renters do. It is faster for them and it means the booking arrives with the details already correct.

Can they see their deposit?

Yes, whether it is held, released or settled, and on what basis. That single screen removes a surprising share of inbound email.
