What connects today
Two integrations are live: SitePack, for building a booking website that carries real reservationbay availability and checkout, and platform payments, which processes every transaction whitelabel under your own brand.
Both are built on the same public API key that identifies your company, which means anything you connect reads the same availability the counter does. Accounting exports and a public API with Zapier are in development.

Accounting exports to Exact, Twinfield and Moneybird, and a public API with Zapier and Make connectors, are being built. They are not on the site as feature pages because they are not available yet.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need SitePack to use reservationbay?
No. If you already have a website you can share a booking link or embed booking into it. SitePack is there for rental businesses that have no site at all and do not want to hire a developer to get one.
Can I use my own payment provider?
Payments run through the platform, which is what makes whitelabel checkout, deposit pre-authorisations and automatic release work as one flow. If you have a specific requirement, talk to us before you sign up rather than after.
Is there an API?
A public API and Zapier connectors are in development. The widget and public API key that power the SitePack app exist today — if you have a developer and a specific need, get in touch.
